What we like:

• Free updates. Any new information that is uploaded to the e books is available to you as soon as they amend it. You get lifelong access to any updates published and never have to pay more. This being said there are sections in the book that could do with a little more information.

• Instant download. Like most internet products we were able to gain instant access to the guide. Home made Energy does not offer hard copy backups of their guide though. Everything is available online so you can access it anywhere you have an internet connection. Show your friends what you are talking about when you are over at their house.

What could be better:

• Vague Instructions. Compared with the other reports we have  reviewed prior to this one the diagrams and instructions are quite vague. You could still get the job done but would probably nee a bit of extra help or research before getting it correct. It was luck that this was the last product we decided to review. Having prior knowledge of solar cell construction from completing the other reviews saved the day. Without that knowledge i would be a fair bit harder to price together the gist of the instructions. No attempt is made to help you understand what and why you are doing something.

The Verdict

With the quality of other guides out there Green 2 Energy just does not stack up. It is a good attempt by somebody who probably knows exactly what they are doing, but fall down in the description to the lay person. We think it makes assumptions that you already know all there is to know about the science of solar panels and just need a pan of how to put one together. We would recomend going for one of the other products with video tutorials.

How Much?

Green 2 Energy retails at $190. We do keep an eye on prices and have seen it as low as $49.99.
