Soca star Mickey Mercer is using his star-power to bring attention to this year’s Globe-athon. Catch him perform live on our float at the West Indian Day Parade Monday, September 7. Mercer says uniting against GYN cancers is everyone’s business. “Men don’t exist on their own. Women don’t exist on their own. It may be called “women’s cancers,” but it is a HUMAN problem.  We’re in this together.”

Mercer has been called “quite possibly the most important young force in Soca Music in Barbados today.” He has embraced his position as not only an artist and performer but also as a role model and continues to give back through his charity, “Team Mikey.”
